Wow. This is really exciting for me. Thank you all, for reading, or even just being interested enough to click on my blog. You are all awesome. And I truly mean that. Every time I see that my view count has risen, I get really exited, because even if they didn't like what I wrote, they were willing to give their time to read what I wrote. And that means a lot. So thank you all, for viewing  reading, and supporting me. You guys all rock! Oh, and I would like to give a shout out to the people in Russia and Germany who have viewed this blog. I never expected international views, but when I saw that I had them, it made my day. So, once again, thank you all.

Works Cafe Barrel Pickle

Overall this pickle is above average. I give it a 7.5. It has a saltiness rating of 5, and normally I would complain about the fact that it really isn't all that salty, but to be honest, in this case it would just mess with the flavors.

This pickle has flavors I've never encountered before, in my 12 or so years of loving pickles more than any sane person ever would. It has a strange spice to it. My first reaction would be to say that this pickle is spicy. but it's not spicy in a tobasco sauce way, it's spicy in a vinegary way, if that makes any sense. It doesn't, but that's the best way I can describe it. If you tried it yourself, you'd immediately see what I mean, but it's so unlike anything I've ever had before, it's hard to describe. But I liked it. At first I wasn't sure if I liked it, but after visiting the Works cafe multiple times, and having eaten the pickle about three of four times, I eventually decided that I liked it. It gets a size rating of 10, because you really don't get much better than a pickle the size of your hand, that actually has some heft to it. It's a dense pickle. If I had to estimate how much it weighed, even though it's been a while since I've had one, I'd say that it weighs about the same as 12 ounces of water. That's about 375 milliliters for those of you reading this blog internationally.

This pickle has a crunch of about 6.5. And although I said that the spice was a vinegary spice, I think it only gets a 7 on vinegar, right on average. There really is no vinegary taste, just the spice that is kind of like vinegar, but not. Overall, I like this pickle, and if you're reading this, and you're anywhere in Vermont,  I recommend you go to the Works Cafe, and try their pickle. And if you're going, I just want to say that their clam chowder is good, and their smoothies are amazing. Goodness, I'm turning into an advertisement.
